1. Who We Are

GetAlready is operated by Urban Glass Smoke Shop (“we,” “us,” “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the GetAlready loyalty rewards platform, including our integration with Clover point-of-sale systems.

2. Information We Collect

When you use GetAlready, we may collect:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number
  • Transaction data: purchase history, order amounts, items purchased (synced from Clover POS)
  • Loyalty data: points balance, tier status, rewards redeemed, referral activity
  • Device information: browser type, IP address (for security purposes)

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Manage your loyalty rewards account and point balances
  • Process reward redemptions and promotional offers
  • Sync transaction data between Clover POS and the loyalty platform
  • Send notifications about your rewards, promotions, and account activity
  • Improve our services through aggregated, anonymized analytics
  • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

4. Clover POS Integration

GetAlready connects with Clover's point-of-sale system to sync order and customer data. When a merchant installs our app through the Clover App Market, we access:

  • Order data (items, amounts, timestamps) to calculate loyalty points
  • Customer records to match purchases with loyalty accounts
  • Inventory data to power product recommendations
  • Employee data (limited to role verification for staff features)

We use Clover's OAuth v2 authentication and store access tokens securely. We do not store or access payment card numbers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Clover / Fiserv: As required for POS integration functionality
  • Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase) — bound by their own privacy policies
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure token storage, row-level security on database tables, and regular security audits. OAuth tokens are stored server-side only and never exposed to browsers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your loyalty account is active. Transaction history is retained for the duration of the merchant relationship. You may request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Opt out of promotional communications
