Get Already (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a loyalty rewards platform operated by Interlink Labs LLC. Get Already lets participating retail businesses (“stores”) offer their customers (“members”) a rewards program: members earn points on purchases and redeem those points for rewards at the store where they earned them.

2. Information We Collect

When you join Get Already or use the platform, we may collect:

Account information: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address
Purchase and points activity: transactions at participating stores, points earned, points redeemed, and reward history
Communication preferences: your consent choices for text messages and email, and your message history with us
Device information: basic technical data such as browser type and IP address, used for security and fraud prevention

3. How We Use Your Information

Operate your loyalty account and keep your points balance accurate
Process reward redemptions at participating stores
Send you sign-in codes, receipts, and updates about your points and rewards
Improve the platform using aggregated, anonymized analytics
Detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the program

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

When you join Get Already, you may opt in to receive text messages from us. Consent to receive texts is never bundled with a required checkbox — it is a separate, unchecked choice you make at signup, and you choose how often you want to hear from us.

The types of messages we send include:

Account sign-in codes (one-time codes to verify it’s you)
Loyalty and reward updates (points earned, rewards available, and similar account activity)

Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We never share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to operate the Get Already program for you and the store where you are a member.

5. How We Share Information

Get Already is a first-party platform. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. We may share limited data with:

The store where you are a member: so they can honor your points and rewards
Service providers: hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, solely to operate the platform
Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls that limit who can view your data.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and activity data for as long as your membership is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.

8. Your Rights

You can contact us at any time to:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and associated data
Opt out of text messages (reply STOP) or other communications

9. Children

Get Already is intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above.
