Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Get Already (the “Service”), a loyalty rewards platform operated by Interlink Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By joining or using Get Already, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Get Already account.

3. What Get Already Is

Get Already connects you with the loyalty program at participating local retail businesses (“stores”). As a member, you earn points on qualifying purchases at a participating store, and you can redeem accumulated points for rewards offered by that store. Point values, earning rates, and available rewards are set by each store and may vary and change over time.

4. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information (such as your phone number) when you join
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure
• Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we or the store expressly say so
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of error or suspected fraud

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in at signup, you consent to receive text messages from Get Already, including account sign-in codes and loyalty/reward updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate the loyalty system to earn points fraudulently
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Attempt to access other members’ accounts or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Changing or Ending the Program

We, or a participating store, may change, suspend, or end the loyalty program (or a member’s participation in it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. You may close your account and stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interlink Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
