Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using the GetAlready loyalty rewards platform (“Service”), operated by Urban Glass Smoke Shop (“we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GetAlready is a loyalty rewards platform that integrates with Clover point-of-sale systems. The Service enables merchants to offer loyalty programs, track customer rewards, manage promotions, and provide personalized product recommendations to their customers.

3. For Merchants (Clover App Users)

• You must have an active Clover merchant account to use this app
• You authorize GetAlready to access your Clover data (orders, customers, inventory) as needed for loyalty program functionality
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding customer data and loyalty programs in your jurisdiction
• You may disconnect the app at any time through the Clover App Market

4. For Customers

• You must provide accurate information when creating a loyalty account
• Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless explicitly stated
• We reserve the right to adjust point balances in cases of error or fraud
• Reward availability and terms may change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate the loyalty system to earn points fraudulently
• Create multiple accounts to exploit promotions
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process Clover merchant data solely to provide loyalty program functionality and do not use it for unrelated purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service depends on third-party providers including Clover, Vercel, and Supabase. We are not liable for downtime caused by these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Glass Smoke Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms. Merchants may uninstall the app at any time through the Clover App Market. Customers may request account deletion by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
